Daniel J. Lobdell

Daniel J. Lobdell practices primarily in the area of criminal law, representing clients who have been charged or accused of violating federal, state, or municipal laws. Daniel received his undergraduate degree in Economics from Missouri State University in 2006. He then attended Washington University School of Law on a Scholar in Law scholarship and graduated with honors in 2009.

While in law school, Daniel assisted in the representation of indigent criminal defendants at the St. Louis County Public Defender's Office as part of the school's Criminal Justice Clinic. During the summer of 2007, Daniel interned with the United States Attorney's Office in the Western District of Missouri, where he assisted in the prosecution of federal criminal cases in the Violent Crimes Strike Force. Daniel spent the summers of 2008 and 2009 working as a law clerk at Wagstaff and Cartmell, focusing on criminal defense. Daniel joined the firm as a licensed attorney in September of 2009 after being admitted to the Missouri Bar.
