CJ Dimarco devotes his practice entirely to civil litigation, with an emphasis in medical malpractice defense, as well as complex pharmaceutical and medical device actions.
CJ was born and raised in Kansas City, Missouri. He graduated from Kansas State University in 2016 with a degree in Business Management. While at Kansas State, CJ was a member of the Sigma Nu fraternity and K-State/Fort Riley Rugby Club. He received his J.D. from the University of Missouri-Kansas City with academic honors where he was a Legal Writing and Research Teaching Assistant and an Editor for the UMKC Law Review.
While in law school, CJ had the opportunity to clerk for Wagstaff & Cartmell where he worked on a multitude of class action and mass tort product liability matters. Following law school, he joined Wagstaff as an associate attorney working on complex medical malpractice defense actions.
