Diana joined Wagstaff & Cartmell as counsel in 2014 after spending nine years at an Am-Law 100 firm.
She brought with her broad experience handling energy litigation, commercial disputes, and professional negligence claims, at the state and federal levels in Missouri and Kansas and across all aspects of litigation from factual and expert discovery, ESI, pre-trial motion practice to trial and appellate work.
In additional, Diana has represented a variety of clients: physicians, hospitals, medical office groups, attorneys, and utilities in tort and business claims.
Diana is a Kansas City native and is active in the community, currently serving on the board of directors and as the chair of the Education Committee for Charlie’s House, a nonprofit organization dedicated to preventing childhood injuries in and around the home.
She also serves as the chair of the Nutrition Club Committee of the Junior League of Kansas City, Missouri, focused on working with Harvesters to address food shortage issues in middle-school-aged children. She has previously served as a mentor through Big Brothers and Sisters and on the Professional Leadership Council for Big Brothers Big Sisters.
