Lucy’s practice is focused on civil litigation, with a primary focus on complex “mass tort” work. Lucy aims to obtain justice for clients who are injured by big business or wronged by the justice system. Working on cases against JUUL labs and social media companies like Meta, Lucy has found a particular passion for representing young people against corporations who have changed the course of their lives.

Lucy grew up in Kansas City with deep ties to the community. She graduated from Miami University in 2018 with a B.A. in political science and a Minor in history. She went on to attend law school at the University of Cincinnati College of Law, graduating with a Juris Doctorate in 2021. In law school, Lucy received the CALI Award for Excellence in Trial Practice, recognizing her for earning the top grade in the class. As a student, Lucy interned with the Honorable Magistrate Judge Karen Litkovitz at the Southern District of Ohio, gaining valuable insight into the judicial prospective.

Lucy clerked for two years at Wagstaff & Cartmell before coming on board as a full-time attorney. In her work, Lucy has been recognized by her peers and named to the National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40 in Civil Litigation for the State of Missouri (West).  Lucy has been asked to present at conferences on complex topics like the intersection between legal ethics and the changing digital landscape. Currently, Lucy is serving on three leadership sub-committees in the California state court Social Media Litigation JCCP.  Lucy brings a client centered approach to her work, and a passion for helping others.
