Nate Jones devotes his practice entirely to civil litigation, with an emphasis on complex pharmaceutical and medical device actions. Since joining Wagstaff & Cartmell, Nate has quickly gained jury trial experience in state and federal court jurisdictions nationwide, in challenging product liability actions.
Nate was a civic leaders intern at the Missouri Attorney General’s Office during his time in college. He then received his J.D. from the University of Missouri-Kansas City with academic honors and was the recipient of numerous CALI awards. He also was a legal writing and research teaching assistant, an editor for the UMKC Law Review, and the UMKC Superior Court Chief Justice.
While in law school, Nate had the opportunity to work in the U.S. District Court of Missouri Western District for the Honorable Scott O. Wright, the Missouri Court of Appeals for the Honorable Thomas Newton, the Missouri Attorney General’s Office and the Kansas City Civil Rights Office. Following law school, Nate worked as an associate attorney on complex class action and product liability matters.
