Sam Bennett practices in all areas of civil litigation, with an emphasis in professional negligence defense and personal injury. He has broad experience managing complex litigation at both the state and federal levels.
A native of Kansas City, Sam graduated from Wake Forest University with a Bachelor of Arts in psychology and political science. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Wisconsin Law School. While in law school, Sam wrote for the Wisconsin International Law Journal and received the Mary Kelly Quackenbush Memorial Award for his article on the European Union’s antitrust inquiries’ effect on natural gas markets.
