Scott Crockett advises clients about their healthcare and medical malpractice litigation exposures. Scott evaluates, manages, and negotiates high exposure litigation on behalf of clients and assists clients in claim evaluation, policy drafting, coverage disputes, and auditing.

Scott defended medical negligence and other cases in private practice before joining Employers Reinsurance Corporation (ERC), where he was vice president in charge of all medical malpractice claims matters.
