Diane joined Wagstaff & Cartmell in 2004 after acquiring significant appellate experience serving as counsel to the Clerk of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit and as a staff attorney for the Kansas Court of Appeals. She graduated from the University of Kansas School of Law in 2000. She practices primarily in the areas of personal injury, toxic tort, medical malpractice, and business litigation.
Brandon clerked for Wagstaff & Cartmell while in law school, and then joined the firm as an associate in 2006 as a lateral hire after acquiring litigation experience with another Kansas City area law firm, Norris & Keplinger, LLC. A 2003 graduate of the KU School of Law, Brandon’s practice concentrates in the areas of professional liability, trucking litigation, products liability, and personal injury.
Ty joined the firm in 2008, after working in Washington, D.C., for the Securities & Exchange Commission and, before that, as an associate at Jones Day. Ty graduated from the KU School of Law in 2001, and after graduation he clerked for Judge Lungstrum of the U.S. District Court for the District of Kansas. Ty’s practice is focused in the areas of business and securities litigation.
