Dave DeGreeff focuses his practice on civil litigation with an emphasis on complex pharmaceutical/medical device actions and catastrophic personal injury. Dave has successfully represented clients in all aspects of litigation, up to and through trial, including serving as primary counsel on numerous cases resulting in multi-million-dollar verdicts and settlements.
Dave has been appointed to the Plaintiffs’ Steering Committee and served on numerous committees for multiple consolidated litigations. He has been on the trial team for several complex medical device cases, including the first bellwether case in the In Re: Bard Filters Product Liability Litigation which resulted in a $3.6 million verdict for the plaintiff.

D.N.J. $358 million global settlement of more than 2,200 cases in MDL. David DeGreeff served as a member of the Science and Experts Committee and oversaw the Secondary Science Document Review. Jeff Kuntz was appointed to the Plaintiff’s Steering Committee for this case.
