Hannah Pfeifler began practicing in mass torts in 2020. She earned her Bachelor of Science from the University of Florida and her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Florida State University College of Law. Ms. Pfeifler’s practice focuses on nationwide complex and multidistrict litigation.

Ms. Pfeifler holds court-appointed leadership positions in three active federal MDLs. She was appointed to the Plaintiffs’ Steering Committee in the Paragard IUD Products Liability Litigation (MDL 2974) in the Northern District of Georgia. She also serves on the Plaintiffs’ Executive Committee in both GLP-1 receptor agonist MDLs pending in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania before Judge Karen Spencer Marston: In Re: Glucagon-Like Peptide-1 Receptor Agonists (GLP-1 RAs) Products Liability Litigation (MDL 3094) and In Re: Glucagon-Like Peptide-1 Receptor Agonists (GLP-1 RAs) Non-Arteritic Anterior Ischemic Optic Neuropathy Products Liability Litigation (MDL 3163).

In each litigation, she primarily concentrates on expert development and regulatory matters, including preemption defenses in defective design and failure-to-warn claims. Ms. Pfeifler also works closely with lead attorneys to develop and refine trial strategy, contributing to case preparation from early discovery through trial.
