Lindsey Scarcello’s practice is focused on the representation of injured parties, with an emphasis on complex litigation against pharmaceutical companies and consumer product manufacturers. In 2022, she was appointed to the Plaintiffs’ Steering Committee in In Re: Acetaminophen – ASD–ADHD Products Liability Litigation (MDL 3043), consolidated in the Southern District of New York. Lindsey was a member of the trial team for three bellwether cases in In Re: 3M Combat Arms Earplug Products Liability Litigation (MDL 2885), the largest mass tort in US history. She frequently works with expert witnesses to develop general and case specific opinions and defends experts at deposition. She also has significant experience deposing adverse experts and drafting motions to exclude expert opinion testimony.

Lindsey has experience at all stages of litigation, from pre-filing investigation through appeal. She has successfully represented catastrophically and fatally injured individuals in various categories of litigation, including products liability, trucking accidents, motor vehicle collisions, and premises liability. As trial counsel for a young mother injured on a rural Missouri highway, Lindsey obtained one of the Top 100 Car Accident Verdicts in the United States in 2018. She has been named to the National Trial Lawyers: Top 40 Under 40 in Civil Litigation for the State of Missouri every year since 2018, and she has been recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star since 2021.
