About The Case

This case involves claims against the manufacturer of a line of implantable port catheters, used for long-term intravenous therapy, which allegedly cause severe injuries when these devices fracture or lead to infection or thromboses. Brandon was appointed to the Plaintiff’s Executive Committee of the MDL, which is pending in the United States District Court for the District of Arizona in front of the Honorable David G. Campbell.
