Eric D. Barton has practiced law for nearly 30 years, focusing on complex commercial litigation, class actions, and multidistrict litigation on behalf of individuals, businesses, and public entities. A former law clerk on both the U.S. Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals and the Kansas Supreme Court, Eric also teaches at the University of Kansas School of Law.
Jonathan P. Kieffer is a Fellow in the International Society of Barristers, an invitation-only organization of fewer than 700 attorneys worldwide recognized for outstanding advocacy.
